New Gig Solutions is partnering with a dynamic accounting and advisory firm seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team 100% onsite . You’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, coordinating with the offshore accounting team, and ensuring daily financial activities are accurate and complete.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Online and Desktop

• Collaborate with offshore team members to review and verify daily deliverables

• Work directly with clients to gather missing information and clarify discrepancies

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

• Help prepare financial reports, month-end close, and journal entries

• Communicate with energy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset

? What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)

• Strong QuickBooks experience (QBO/QBD required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Positive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
