We represent a reputable wealth management firm seeking experienced Producing and non-producing Branch Managers to lead and grow a high-potential office in Plano, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, Oklahoma City, OK, or Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for a player-coach who thrives in client relationships and team development.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Drive strategic growth through recruiting and local business development
• Lead by example with your own active book of business
• Oversee daily branch operations, compliance, and team performance
• Attract, develop, and retain top advisor talent
• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and high-touch client service

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years in wealth management with leadership or mentoring experience
• For the producing Branch Manager position in Plano, must have a strong book of business
• Proven ability to recruit and manage teams while continuing to grow your practice
• Licensed (Series 7, 66/65, 9/10 or equivalent)
• Located in or open to relocating to Plano, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, Oklahoma City or Tulsa
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for independence and growth
