Job Title: Yardi Business Analyst

Duration: 2 3 months (starting late July or early August)

Location: Remote

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Yardi and related third-party integrations to provide temporary support during a team member's leave of absence. This role will primarily focus on front-end leasing solutions and supporting end users throughout the leasing lifecycle-from prospect to signed lease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Yardi CRM, Yardi Rent Caf , and BlueMoon platforms.
• Assist with front-end solutions from a resident/prospect-facing perspective.
• Collaborate with Yardi and internal stakeholders to customize system functionality based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot and support third-party integrations and suite products, including Yardi Voyager.
• Deliver functional support to end users, primarily on leasing workflows and solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Yardi Rent Caf and BlueMoon.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and associated modules is highly preferred.
• Experience in supporting enterprise applications and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support front-line staff effectively.
• Business analyst mindset with the ability to problem-solve and improve processes
