🎯 What You’ll Be Doing - 🤝 Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to bring top talent into the Luminize family.
- 🚀 Drive creative recruiting strategies that help us attract, engage, and retain the very best.
- 📅 Coordinate with external agency partners — from assigning projects to reviewing performance — ensuring smooth collaboration and stellar results.
- 📝 Keep job descriptions, classifications, and pay ranges accurate and up-to-date.
- 💼 Support offer negotiations, ensuring a win-win for both Luminize and our future team members.

What You Bring - 🎓 Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- ⏳ 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- 💻 Expertise with ATS platforms (JazzHR), sourcing techniques, and industry best practices
- 🤝 Experience managing and coaching external recruiting agencies
- 💰 Strong knowledge of compensation structures to support smooth negotiations
- 🗣️ Exceptional communication , relationship-building, and organizational skills
- 🛡️ Integrity, attention to detail , adaptability, and a proactive mindset

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad base salary range of $60,000-$80,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role. This role also has the opportunity to earn up to another $10,000/quarter if milestones are met.
