Salary Grade/Range: $65,000–$80,000 base salary, plus up to $15,000 in bonus potential.
Travel: Daily local travel between the office and job sites within Colorado (approximately 45% -65% of the workday)

Position Overview & Purpose
As a Field Project Manager at Vantia Hardwoods, you’ll be the driving force behind our on-site success. You’ll lead crews, coordinate timelines, and ensure every detail of our hardwood flooring projects is delivered to the highest standard. This role is key to turning our craftsmanship into client satisfaction and keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations and progress at project sites, ensuring timely and high-quality installation of hardwood flooring.
· Coordinate and manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of project timelines.
· Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and fostering clear communication.
· Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
· Manage project schedules, updates, and reporting; promptly identify and resolve issues as they arise.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators and project coordinators, to align field work with project scope and budget.

· Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, crews, and customer expectations simultaneously.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Physically capable of heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks.
· Dependable with strong communication and follow-through.
· Willingness to work between office and job site as needed.
· Working knowledge of job site safety protocols and OSHA standards
Required Qualifications & Competencies
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
· 3+ years of experience in construction or flooring project management or field supervision.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
· Completed Certification in Project Management, Construction Manager, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
· Experience specifically in hardwood flooring or finish carpentry projects.
· Formal training or certification in construction management or related field.
· Certified Associate in Project Managment (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
· Strong understanding of hardwood flooring installation techniques, materials, and best practices, preferred.
