Real Estate Team Opportunity with Leads We’re seeking a skilled and driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join a top-producing team focused on strategic growth and high-volume success. In this role, you’ll identify new property opportunities, build strong relationships with sellers and investors, and guide transactions from first contact to closing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals deeply engaged in team sales, lead generation, and delivering strong results. A real estate license is required, along with the ability to build rapport, think strategically, and maintain a results-focused mindset. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Follow the team plan • Lead follow up • Investor networking Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Real estate license required • Great communication About Company: The Wannebo Real Estate Group As one of the top-performing residential real estate teams in San Diego, The Wannebo Real Estate Group is committed to helping clients successfully buy and sell homes while solving complex real estate challenges with clarity and confidence.
