Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate:

• $15.49 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Picker/Packer is responsible for scanning, picking, and packing clothing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scan, pick, and pack clothing items accurately based on order sheets.
• Use RF scanners to locate products and update inventory records in real time.
• Ensure all garments are packed neatly and securely according to quality standards.
• Sort and label packages for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station and warehouse area.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are packed.
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus, especially in clothing or retail.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during the shift.
• Attention to detail is critical for accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet order deadlines.
