Description of the role: The Part Time Front Receptionist at Flemington BMW is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
