Why You’ll Love Working With Safe at Home Flexible schedule Families participate in our internal screening process, which is designed to help ensure a good fit between the family and Child Care Specialist. Work with one or multiple families to build a schedule that fits your availability and helps you reach your desired number of working hours. Requirements ~ Must be at least 18 years of age ~ High School Diploma or equivalent ~2+ years of childcare experience ~ Outstanding communication skills ~ An undeniable positive, can-do attitude ~ Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation ~ Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
