Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Loan Originator at LendingQuarters in Denver, Co. The Loan Originator will be responsible for originating loans, working with clients to evaluate their financial status, and determining the most appropriate mortgage options. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing credit histories, reviewing loan applications, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Loan Originator will work closely with underwriting and finance teams to facilitate successful loan closures. LendingQuarters will provide 10-15 internet leads monthly.
