Job SummaryIris Comm Lab is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, help manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations by handling a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
