We are looking for bold, innovative engineers to join a cutting-edge defense program focused on advanced systems. If you thrive in embedded software development, Agile leadership, or mission-critical defense tech , we have two on-site roles available in MD, CA, or AZ .

1️⃣ Sr. Principal Engineer – Embedded Software

Your Mission:

✔ Lead embedded software development for advanced systems (C, OOP, RTOS, ARM).

✔ Drive full software lifecycle —requirements, design, testing, integration.

✔ Collaborate with systems engineering teams on architecture, CONOPS, and secure firmware.

✔ Solve complex challenges in real-time, multi-threaded embedded environments .

You Bring:

• 8+ years (BS), 6+ years (MS), or 4+ years (PhD) in STEM (CS, EE, CE) .
• Expertise in C, Agile (Jira/Git), and ARM-based embedded systems .
• Active/ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance .

2️⃣ Principal Engineer – Embedded Software & Scrum Master

Your Mission:

✔ Dual role : Develop embedded C++ for critical systems while leading Scrum ceremonies .

✔ Remove roadblocks, foster CI/CD & TDD best practices , and unify cross-functional teams.

✔ Optimize workflows in Jira/Agile for high-impact software delivery.

You Bring:

• 5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) in STEM , with Scrum Master experience .
• Proficiency in embedded C++, VxWorks, and Agile frameworks .
• Preferred : Active Secret clearance, SAP eligibility, or flight software experience.
