We are a growing dental practice seeking a friendly, experienced, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you love engaging with people, staying organized, and making a difference in someone’s day, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
✅ Verify dental insurance benefits (including coordinating with 3rd-party verification services)
✅ Clearly present treatment plans and financial options to patients
✅ Schedule and coordinate patient treatment appointments
✅ Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments or incomplete treatment
✅ Manage and optimize provider schedules to meet productivity goals
✅ Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
✅ Assist with patient financial arrangements and necessary paperwork
✅ Handle all documentation: consents, policies, and patient exit forms
✅ Check out patients and ensure a five-star service experience
✅ Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
✅ Support the dentist and team with daily operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
???? High school diploma or GED (required)
???? Minimum 3 years of dental office experience (required)
???? Strong communication and customer service skills
???? Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely with patients
???? In-depth knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processing
???? Basic math skills to help estimate costs and benefits
????️ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
???? Detail-oriented, organized, and professional in appearance and conduct

Schedule
Full-time
Monday through Friday (exact hours discussed during interview)
