**Our client is an early stage startup specializing in the construction industry. It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor at this rapid growth company**

The Role:

Our client is looking for a results-driven individual to build Customer Success. You will play an instrumental role in developing our customer success function, including onboarding, renewals and upsell, and customer support. You will work directly with our leadership team and report to our CEO.

Job Duties:

  • Onboarding and Training: Lead onboarding for new customers, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption of our service
  • Customer Relationships: Turn users into champions and advocates by developing strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Strategy: Lead development and implementation of post-sales strategy and playbook tailored to our customers and industry
  • Product Knowledge: Build an in-depth understanding of our offerings to effectively guide customers on how to leverage us to meet their specific goals through conducting live meetings/webinars and contributing to our knowledge base
  • Retention and Renewals: Own renewal process to meet KPIs
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers, contributing to revenue growth
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure continued growth towards solving customer’s most pressing needs

Qualifications:

  • 3 -​ 8 years of experience in customer success or other customer-​facing post-​sales roles

  • Experience as early customer success hire that helped build the CS/​CX function

  • Experience in construction,​ construction tech,​ or working with smb to mid-​market customers

  • Rapid promotions within a customer success team

  • Strong undergraduate degree
