Job Description

A Part-Time Marking Director is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embodies the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. We are looking for someone who is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing our mission and building strong connections within our community. The two main areas of focus for this position are 1) building relationships inside and outside of the restaurant, and 2) discovering new opportunities for growth for our business throughout the community.

Position Type: 

• Part-time 
• Availability: 20-30 hours/week
• Must be willing to work onsite, be available for day and night shifts as needed, and willing to be flexible within the position

Part-Time Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Work onsite as well as out in the community, making connections with people
• Build and maintain sales growth strategies monthly and quarterly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Commitment to execute organization’s mission & team goals
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with focus, multitasking & detail-orientation
• Prepare & utilize all available resources to run an efficient shift
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve & care for Team Members
• Ability to hold Staff accountable to behavioral, performance issues & HR policy
• Reliable transportation
• At least 1 year of prior experience showing monthly and quarterly plans executed in a sales growth role
• Proficient in MS Office
