Business Development Specialis t

Location: Avon, Ohio

Workdays: Monday- Friday

Hours: 8:30-5:30

Job Summary

Acquire new Jenne partners by Driving the sales strategy for Vendor products and solutions. Communicate and deliver the value proposition to new Jenne’s partners. Drive new vendor penetration within Jenne’s existing partner base, inside & outside sales teams

Duties/Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, enable, and train new partners to accelerate pipeline growth and sales results

• Engage in heavy outbound partner engagement activity (phone, social media, collaboration tool

• Report on partner engagement activity, KPI progress and obstacle

• Ability to develop and execute business growth plans independent

• Develop and Execute Jenne and Vendor business development strategies and meet targets

• Complete applicable training and certifications associated with Vendors

• Effectively position complementary Vendor solutions and Jenne Value Proposition to new partners

• Represent Jenne and Vendor at key industry trade shows

• Proactively generate leads leveraging Jenne system expertise

• Participate in the development of Vendor programs, promotions, incentives and training aimed at new partner acquisition

• Collaboration with Jenne product management and sales on forecasting and pipeline management

• Facilitate seed and demo programs (track & manage) where applicable

• Understand product roadmaps & communicate key elements to Jenne sales and partners

• Work with Jenne and Vendor marketing teams to create marketing plans and material targeting new partners

• Present in Vendor and partner QBRs

Education and Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/sales, or 4+years of relevant product management, sales/or business development.

• Demonstrated success in a business development role.

• Product background knowledge of Unified Communications a plus.

• Must be a highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals.

• Executive management relationship building skills.

Travel

• Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time.

Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.

• Ability to lift 5 lbs.

• Ability to travel up to 20% percent of the time.
