A well-established General Contractor in San Antonio is looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth across their commercial, healthcare, and retail project portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who knows the San Antonio market, brings a strong network of industry contacts, and has a proven track record of winning work through competitive tendering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with developers, owners, and architects across Texas
• Leveraging existing relationships to secure early involvement in upcoming projects
• Leading the tendering process and collaborating with estimating and preconstruction teams to win work
• Attending industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to elevate brand visibility
• Tracking pipeline activity and providing strategic input to leadership on market trends and opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong contact list across the commercial, healthcare, and/or retail construction sectors
• Demonstrated success in identifying, bidding, and winning new-build and renovation projects
• Previous experience in a Business Development or client-facing role within a General Contractor
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle and procurement process
