Description
Job Summary: The primary role of this position will be to assist the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks, creating agile documentation and documenting the existing as-is system. Responsibilities include navigating various paths through the system, capturing screen shots to support documentation efforts, and updating functional specs as needed.
Requirements
Key Skills:
· Basic admin and analysis skills
· MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
· Basic website navigation skill and an understanding of how web applications are developed
Preferred Skills:
· Self-starter that can take direction and move forward with documenting system functionality
· Must be action-oriented and have a proactive approach to solving issues
· Candidates seeking a business or IT degree are ideal
· Identify, document and diagram business requirements and processes
Special Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in either A.S., B.S., or M.S. program at a University
· Must be able to work onsite in Palm Harbor, FL
· Excellent Word skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
· Sitting for long periods of time
· Perform other duties as assigned
Hours:
· Flexible based on School schedule
· 4-8 hours daily
