  • Provide direct support to Tax staff
  • Tax return filing
  • Outlook Contacts and Calendar Management
  • Meeting and Event Logistics
  • CRM Maintenance and Updates
  • Engagement Letters
  • PowerPoint Presentations
  • In-Office Hoteling Reservations
  • Business Travel Arrangements
  • Expense Reports
  • Time Entry
  • Mail, Messenger and Overnight Shipping
  • Learning and Development Support
  • Catering Orders
  • Binding, Scan and Print Jobs
  • Assist with Client Acceptance
  • Process requests through DocuSign
  • Digital Management
  • Run Monthly Reports
  • Misc. Projects as needed

Experience:

- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience required

- Professional services firm experience preferred

Software:

- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
